Reviews about Inglis Veterinary Hospital
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been taking my cat to Hospitalhill for his check ups. It's a fantastic facility. So calm and welcoming. I like the fact that Boris can roam while we wait to be seen. It helps him relax and he loves hiding behind the shelving unit. As for Vet Megan... Five stars are simply not enough. Her love for animals shines through at every visit. She is also one of those brilliant vets who is fab with owners too. Listens patiently and so tuned in to what's best for Boris and his mum. Susanneby Susanne GoetzoldSeptember 23, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I attended the surgery to get treatment for my dog who had cut her leg. The general treatment of my dog by staff was good and they were friendly and helpful and ensured my dog was cared for whilst being treated. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the cost of the treatment. My dog was there 4 times over a two week period and each appointment lasted about 10 minutes. She didnt need stitches, scans or any surgery and merely needed the wound bandaged at each visit. On each occasion I visited I was charged over £60. This was made up of over £30 for a consultation and about £33 for bandages. In total I paid £300 for a cut foot. I was never advised that the bandages would cost so much and to be honest, I can't see the justification for charging so much for this. I also don't understand how I could be charged a separate consultation fee each time I came for an appointment, particularly when it was for the same treatment. I think that Inglis need to review the cost of their treatment and consideration should be given to telling customers the costs of treatments and what alternatives are available to ensure customers can keep their costs to a minimum.by Jacqueline StuartJuly 16, 2017
